hey steph and yung c: u need 2 collect the money on the forensics desk at the police headquarters and then go into the store and buy a blanket and food and then the hobo will talk. i cant remember for sure but i think u hav 2 unlock the location of burt wilco's house to get to the store. hope that will help u guys.
also, i'm stuck what to do after talking with the hobo....can anyone help?
